Transformation Manager, Finance Shared Services

 

We are looking for a seasoned transformation manager, who thrives a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our Shared Services and Transformation team.  As a member of this team, you’ll work cross-functionally to make processes more efficient and scalable while ensuring the highest level of quality within our operations,  Externally, you collaborate with our outsourcing partners and internally, you collaborate across our partners in operational teams within Finance and HR.  In this role, you will contribute to our outsourcing strategy by helping our partner teams manage growth and complexity in an effective manner.  


Your job responsibilities

 
  • Drive transformation efforts across finance and HR functions

  • Manage end-to-end process evaluation and design projects in collaboration with functional owners -  standardizing, eliminating waste, and outsourcing lower value activities

  • Manage change - including communication, training, and evaluation of results

  • Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes.

  • Partner with functional business leaders to maintain a process roadmap and governance process

  • Involves 15% international travel

Basic qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business with approximately 5+ years relevant experience in consulting, program management, or operations

  • Ability to autonomously drive and prioritize multiple initiatives

  • Skills in business partnership, project, and change management

  • Demonstrated experience deploying process excellence and streamlining business processes
