Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who has “done that been there” but is also willing to add a twist of “doing it a little differently” at Twitter. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience of designing leading innovative solutions for talent management and a proven track record of partnering with stakeholders to build a strong future leadership pipeline.
This role will report to our Head of Learning and Org Development, will work collaboratively across our People Team, and will engage with leaders at all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and implementation of a scalable and robust talent management program including talent planning, talent review process and succession planning supported by a single system focused on people planning and talent forecasting.
Design and implement a consistent performance management process mapped to long term business needs, Twitter’s values, and our internal organization and functional skills by level.
Partner with key internal stakeholders including our HRBPs, People Analytics and Inclusion & Diversity groups to mobilize a regular, consistent and inclusive process of performance and talent management.
Project manage, track and measure talent and high potential initiatives including coaching, mentoring and rotational assignments.
Partner with our People Analytics team to ensure our talent analytics capability drives smart data driven people planning and talent based investments across the organization, regions and functional groups.
Experience and Qualifications:
At least 10+ years of experience in a business driven talent or OD function.
Ability to design and scope a single talent management system.
Strong global focus and experience of supporting multiple regions.
Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced, a dynamic environment.
Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple functions.
Experience in stakeholder management and data driven leadership development.
Track record of leading change and implementing consistency across fragmented processes and systems.
