The candidate will have a proven record of complex people focused programs that drive organizational impact.  This role will report to our Head of L+OD and will work closely with the full global L+OD team and stakeholders across the business.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Be  a senior member of the L+OD team ensuring we deliver on strategic transformational  initiatives on-time, against defined success metrics and within budget.

  • Drive delivery of a set of priority L+OD  projects and/or programs, including scoping, costing, stakeholder management and change management across multiple work streams.

  • Drive decision making within the team and across broader stakeholder groups to establish alignment on high-spend, critical initiatives.

  • Manages risks and issues throughout the life of the project. Plans and takes mitigating action when necessary and escalates them as appropriate.

  • Manages project stakeholders from team members, key stakeholders  through to senior management driving alignment, minimising road-blocks, and ensuring continued commitment.

  • Programs will potentially include leading the execution from initiative to implementation of :

    • Embedding L+OD initiatives into wider organization

    • Enterprise-wide Learning System

    • Competency Framework (Critical Roles)

    • Talent Management Process

  • Provide project leadership and  support for key org wide learning programs e.g. Org Skills, Management Development.  

  • Facilitates and supports project teams and workstream leads to ensure successful execution. Support internal initiatives by driving good program management practices across the team.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience leading complex programs and long terms projects.

  • Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

  • Experience in engaging, managing and influencing challenging stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment towards achieving a common vision or goal

  • Team Based problem solving expertise and the ability to coach stakeholders on solving problems with a structured data driven approach.

  • Ability to realize objectives from exec down to team level to drive value and meaningful change.
