Senior Product Manager, Business Messaging

San Francisco, CA

Who We Are

Twitter is looking for an experienced product manager to build products that give people incredible outcomes when they want to talk to businesses.

For most of our history, Twitter has been the leading social platform for customer service interactions. People often tell us it “feels like magic” to send a Tweet and get a helpful response from the world’s biggest brands. These businesses recognize the power of Twitter for building customer relationships, and as they seek to engage people in new ways beyond mobile apps, web and email, they’re aggressively building new conversational experiences on Twitter that move beyond customer service into brand engagement, loyalty & more.

Our team is building new products & services that make these B2C interactions better. We work across the Twitter customer spectrum (consumers, businesses & developers) and are primarily oriented toward driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the definition and execution of our roadmap for business messaging features on Twitter, across public Tweets and private Direct Messages. Your goal will be to deliver the canvas of features that businesses need to create great conversational experiences for their customers and prospects. You’ll work as part of a growing team building business-focused products that expand beyond advertising.

Yours will be an essential role to help us build one of the fastest moving parts of our revenue business, as well as grow Twitter’s impact in the rapidly evolving business messaging space. You’ll help define our strategy as it relates to customer service, chatbots, and the future of brand engagement. Your work will cut across our consumer, revenue & developer products.

Your role will include working directly with an engineering & design team in all facets of day-to-day software development. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, business leaders, customers and partners to evaluate new product opportunities and deliver new software.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a product manager with experience building consumer software and who’s passionate about the future of messaging and conversational UIs, as well as driven to make an impact for large brands. This is an entrepreneurial role and an opportunity to help define a whole new set of product experiences at Twitter.
