Sales Associate (Singapore) - 12 months' contract

With that in mind, the Twitter China LCS  sales team is looking for a strong profile to work with a wide variety of emerging advertisers delivering the optimal advertising solution for new and existing clients. Your strong interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables emerging advertisers to expand their businesses with Twitter's latest advertising products and solutions. Using your effective communication skills, you listen to your customers' needs, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Twitter latest advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers

  • Consistently deliver against sales target while delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Twitter’s advertisers.

  • Communicate with customers both proactively and reactively, via phone and email.

  • Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best ROI on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.

  • Drive quality and efficiency in everything you do through identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis

  • Provide SMB sales leadership with feedback around customer needs and challenges to influence issue prioritisation and road map

 

Qualifications

  • Must have complete business fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

  • 0-2 years experience in sales acquisitions/tele-sales and support.

  • Cold call experience is a plus.

  • Interest in working against sales target.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with online communication tools

  • Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers

  • Active and passionate Twitter user.

  • Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment (preferred)

  • Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media (preferred)
