Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Products
Who we are
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and grow global adoption of Twitter’s largest product efforts, from new creative expression formats to features that make it easier to discover and engage with content.

What you’ll do
This role involves working on core product areas, reporting directly into the Global Director of Product Marketing. That means working side-by-side with product teams to influence product direction based on deep consumer insights and bringing our products to life through world-class creative product marketing.
You will help drive every facet of the product's strategic journey - from consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, to overall go to market strategy and creative execution. You’ll translate your deep understanding of Twitter users into inspiring product stories, new ways to engage our audience, and campaigns that deepen their connection with Twitter.
Support development of groundbreaking creative campaigns, working with internal communications and creative teams, and with external agencies.
Work with teammates to develop messaging strategy for your product areas.
Partner with Market and User Research teams to develop actionable consumer insights to inform product and marketing strategy, and advocate for the consumer across marketing, product, and media partners.
Partner closely with our product teams to shape and refine the product itself.
Work closely with global cross-functional teams to activate messages in market.
Play a key role in broader strategic initiatives, including helping to build Twitter’s overall marketing strategy and plan for new strategic opportunities.
Who you are
You demonstrate passion for consumers, brand and product storytelling, innovative user experiences, as well as have the ability to use insights to inform initiatives that improve the consumer experience and drive habitual behaviors. Above all, you’ll have the strategic experience and creative chops to help make Twitter one of the most loved daily experiences for people around the world.
You are knowledgeable of product marketing fundamentals, from positioning and messaging to go to market strategies.
You possess effective cross-functional and project management skills.
You can successfully communicate across all levels of an organization, both verbally and written.
You are entrepreneurial and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You may have worked with product management and engineering organizations.
A great attitude, team player, and ready to have fun!
2-4 years of overall work experience
Background in technology, consulting, product, and/or consumer marketing
