Platform Marketing Lead, Growth Marketing
Twitter is looking for an exceptional team member to lead Platform, Cross Channel, and Organic Growth Marketing efforts, on both mobile and desktop across a global footprint. The role will oversee, design, launch, scale, and measure on-platform and organic marketing programs that drive engagement in key markets. The ideal candidate is a well-balanced individual who is equally skilled with channel management, on/off platform cross promotion, paid promotion, SEO, and App Store marketing. This individual must be able to think and plan strategically, but also own execution with internal and external partners.
This position is located at Twitter HQ in San Francisco, CA.
Develop robust marketing plans to support business level objectives utilizing platform and organic marketing best practices to reach and impact the desired audience.
Manage and grow marketing channels, including tactics, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, design, communications, and product teams to develop and test content for marketing campaigns.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to plan and build out marketing channels
Incorporate best practices of advertising into the cross promotion strategy
Represent Channel and Organic marketing in cross-functional team environment
Interface with research and customer insights teams to build necessary measurement tools to understand marketing efforts
Interface with Data Science team to generate analytical insights that drive improved efficiency, targeting, and quality improvement
Team management, both people manager and cross functional project manager
Report results of initiatives to key stakeholders.
10+ years of relevant experience driving digital marketing, preferably for an app based, technology, or live service company managing large scale digital marketing initiatives with measurable results.
Expert knowledge of growth marketing channels such as SEO, ASO, paid advertising, email marketing, and cross promotion
