MoPub Technical Solutions Consultant - Publisher Platform

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will oversee a portfolio of clients from technical implementation through launch. This is a highly visible role within the company, supporting the growth and retention of our most valued and highest profile customers. You will work and build strong partnerships with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical issues are handled quickly and appropriately. You will be challenged by complex technical problems and detailed customer configuration questions daily.

As an expert on the MoPub Publisher Platform, the Technical Solution Consultant will work closely with our Account Managers and Sales Teams. As the subject matter expert, you will engage with Product Management and Engineering as a client sponsor to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our products. You bring a proven track record of analytical problem-solving and the ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences alike.

You will work with the teams to help pinpoint, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues experienced by our publisher and demand partner base. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal MoPub account resources supporting some of the largest game studios and app developers in the world

  • Present technical concepts and map customer needs to current and future product offerings

  • Aid with technical integrations in the design stage, as well as launch preparation and operational support post-launch

  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues escalated to the MoPub Professional Services team

  • Notify clients of any technical updates and product releases

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface and resolve region specific product needs, issues and feature requests

  • Review new product features for completeness and evangelize to our publisher and demand partner base

  • Create best practices and improve the MoPub implementation process, making deployment and optimization recommendations for clients and partners

  • Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools

  • Assist with the generation and review of new technical documentation as needed

  • Coordinate with team leaders and cross-functional leaders to determine objectives and approaches to address tickets efficiently and effectively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

  • Familiarity with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies

  • 4+ years of professional work experience in a client facing technical consultancy role

  • Technical understanding of web technologies (e.g. HTML, Javascript, CSS) and experience with mobile development platforms (Unity, Android Studio, XCode)

  • Familiarity with mobile ads SDKs, ad formats​ and network mediation

  • Experience managing high-impact projects involving cross-functional teams and competing client demands

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

  • Sound data-driven decision-making and critical thinking skills
