Learning Experience and Design Manager @ Twitter

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a practitioner who can embrace our purpose and partner with our leaders, stakeholders and employees to  execute on business learning priorities. This role will work across key program areas of L+OD ( Leadership & Management Development, Org Learning + Design, Talent & Org Development and Team Development) to deliver on regional and team based learning and development needs. This role will report to our Head of Learning and Org Development, will work collaboratively across our People Team, and will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Consult with the leaders and HRBPs  in region to assess needs and deliver best in class learning interventions aligned with the needs of the business

  • Collaborate with departments in the planning and management of learning programmes in line with department strategy

  • Ensure the highest standards in the design and facilitation of key skills development programs including onboarding, manager development, employee development and talent planning.

  • Contribute to the continual development of best practice learning policies and practices

  • Partner with the Org Learning & Design team to ensure  ROI measures are in place to track and evaluate the quality, value and relevance of learning programs  on a monthly basis

  • Promote  and champion learning initiatives within the region

  • Manage relationship with vendors to ensure best in class providers are selected to tender for proposals and that these relationships are managed and reviewed on an ongoing basis

What You Have Done

  • Experience and track record in working in a fast-paced and complex working environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands.

  • 7+ years working in learning + HR related discipline

  • Third level qualification in Learning, HR, or related area

  • Proven skills in programme facilitation and design (both classroom and e-learning) essential

  • Proven skills as a learning business partner

  • Strong program management experience

  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Proactive, team player with a strong focus on delivering to high standards
