We currently have an opening for a Learning Specialist.  In this role, you will lead learning efforts to support employees across 15 offices in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. This will require you to think differently about learning to ensure that every employee has access to the opportunities to have an impact in their work and to develop their career at Twitter. You’ll partner closely with your global Learning & Development team to localize global initiatives and programs.

Success in this role looks like this: You will develop a learning strategy that supports employees at every stage of their Twitter journey and makes learning accessible when they need it.  You will lead the effort to scale learning through thoughtful design, scaled delivery and by building a strong network of subject matter experts. You will drive the right outcomes for the business grounded in data, helping to elevate Twitter’s employment brand and unique culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with employees, leaders and HRBPs across our international regions ( EMEA, APAC and LATAM)  to assess and deliver best in class learning that have a big impact.

  • Lead the design of a scaled and agile learning strategy to ensure all  employees can access opportunities to have an impact and grow their careers regardless of location or office size.

  • Champion and localize global learning programs and initiatives. .

  • Build a network of internal Subject Matter Experts who act as facilitators and mentors.

  • Partner with the global L&D team to align on strategic projects, global design and quality of programs.

  • Manage relationship with local vendors to ensure we deliver best in class learning that meets the needs of our employees at every stage of their Twitter journey.

What You Have Done

  • Experience and track record in working in a fast-paced and complex working environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands.

  • 7+ years learning experience supporting a global and diverse employee group.

  • Proven skills in scaled learning design and delivery.

  • Strong program management experience

  • Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
