Investor Relations - Senior Coordinator

Who We Are:

The long-term overarching goal of Investor Relations at Twitter is to establish a team that is perceived, both internally and externally, as a strategic and accretive component of company’s success. We are looking for a senior investor relations coordinator to focus on day to day support for the IR team, close coordination with adjacent functions including legal, accounting, finance, communications and the senior executive team and interaction with current and prospective investors and also sell-side research analysts as described below.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will develop and maintain database of existing and potential investors and sell-side research analysts, including CRM activity

  • Identify, qualify and prioritize buy- and sell-side targets

  • Plan and execute non-deal roadshows for management; summarize, distribute and catalog meeting notes as needed

  • Coordinate management presentations at investment banking and other conferences

  • Prepare, or assist in the preparation of, investor communication materials including corporate presentation, fact sheet, press releases, quarterly earnings scripts and Q&A

  • You will assist in planning, preparation and execution of investor and analyst events

  • Track and report performance metrics (e.g. meetings, trading volume, peer analysis, etc)

  • Field and respond to in-bound investor and shareholder inquiries on routine matters, and use discretion to direct other inquiries to other members of the team

  • Manage and update marketing materials, IR website, purchase orders and vendor relationships

  • Help cross-post product and corporate announcements to the IR blog, as well as manage the content and distribution of our regular IR recap emails

  • You will be responsible for managing the Investor Relations inbox and you may have extended hours may be required around earnings or special events

  • You can communicate fearlessly to build trust across the organization and have the proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • You are organized and thorough and strive for continuous improvement



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • We require 3+ years professional experience, Investor Relations (IR) knowledge or experience a plus
