Who We Are

 

Twitter is looking for an outstanding Curriculum Design leader to introduce and incorporate leading edge course design principles across our curriculum. You will be at the center of developing learning materials to support the educational needs of a global, dynamic, challenging and innovative sales force.  

 

What You’ll Do

You will work in close partnership with our Global Program Managers whose content portfolios include Product Education, Sales Skills Development, Sales New Hire and our Professional Development Programs.  In addition this role works closely with our Subject Matter Sales Experts who provide critical knowledge related to course content.  Finally, this role must be adept at using a variety of learning modalities including traditional classroom, live virtual, elearning, social media and gamification.

 

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Global Sales Learning Designer with a track record of designing programs to meet the needs of a fast paced, rapidly evolving sales force.  The ideal candidate will have lead the design of global programs that included a variety of different learning modalities.  In addition this person must have strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple project simultaneously, work across the sales organization including our colleagues in Marketing, Product, HR and Sales Operations.  

 

If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:

  • Very strong course and program design skills

  • Evidence of developing content in platforms such as Captivate, Adobe Professional, and Articulate.  

  • History of leading design initiatives for a global audience

  • Strong bias towards experiential learning

  • Deep understanding of how to translate functional skill development into structured learning experiences.  

  • Experience performing these activities for a sales audience.

  • Experience in a Marketing Agency, Social Media or Media company preferred.

Requirements

 
  • BA/BS in Instructional Design, Marketing, or Communications Computer Science

  • 7-10 years of curriculum design experience

  • 5  years of leading global program design and management.
