Finance Manager, Corporate Finance (M&A and BD)
Who We Are:
Corporate Finance team provides the executive leadership with timely and unbiased financial analyses and insights to inform critical business decisions. The Corporate Finance Manager will work closely with Business and Corporate Development teams to evaluate partnerships and M&A deals. The role provides a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of the company.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the business development, corporate development, accounting, legal and tax teams as well as Twitter’s various business teams.
Perform financial analyses and provide deal evaluation support for business partnership and M&A transactions.
Help provide deal recommendations to executive management, highlighting strategic rationale, business drivers and risks
Participate in strategic planning and other special finance projects.
Who You Are:
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills preferably from BD and M&A transaction execution experience. In-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis.
Proven ability to work well in teams and develop strong rapport with senior and executive management.
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and demonstrated managerial abilities.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
6+ years of corporate finance/BD/M&A experience, with a requirement of at least 2 years of investment banking or consulting experience
Experience in leading financial due diligence processes in an M&A process.
Strong theoretical understanding of corporate finance concepts, such as CAPM, cost of capital, DCF and other valuation methodologies.
