Employee & Culture Communications Manager

As manager of Employee Communications & Culture, you’ll be responsible for building and executing programs reaching Twitter employees around the globe and specifically within HQ. From organizing exciting events, to guiding comms counterparts in our offices and crafting powerful executive communications, you’ll be in the middle of the action at Twitter. (And there’s a lot of action here!)  Reporting to the senior director of Employee Communications & Culture, you’ll be a cross-functional partner to senior leaders and other contributors across the company, including colleagues in PR, Marketing, HR, IT and in many of our offices.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop end-to-end comms programs that help strengthen company culture

  • Guide employee comms counterparts in other locations to ensure consistency in messaging and priorities and to better understand cultural considerations across regions

  • Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and other internal partners

  • Team with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new digital comms tools

  • Project manage an exciting HQ “refresh” effort

  • Prepare and publish internal newsletters and other regular communications

  • Review and approve communications penned by internal partners

  • Optimize current internal comms channels and tools, and continually ensure we deliver through the best channels

  • Collaborate with External Communications teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications:

  • Deep familiarity with and passion for Twitter culture and employee base

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly; resourcefulness

  • Ability to create and project manage programs that scale globally

  • 3-5 years work experience building communications tools and programs.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, colleagues, and leaders.
