We are looking for a Benefits Program Manager based in our San Francisco office.

Who You Are:

A benefits professional with knowledge in delivering Health & Welfare programs in the Americas. You thrive on creating highly efficient processes, seamless execution, and providing exceptional levels of customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will manage the development and implementation of Health and Welfare programs

  • Ensure government reporting requirements are met and other global benefits communications are in accordance with local legislation

  • You will create, manage, and upload Twitter’s global benefits content for internal sites, working closely with global benefits team and cross functional partners

  • Contribute to employees’ understanding of benefit programs by communicating programs clearly and concisely

  • Translate complex data and/or benefits information into easily understood terms

  • Ensure information in the online benefits system is accurate and look for ways to enhance automation

  • You will work closely with finance and business partners to audit data on a regular cadence not limited to data in the online benefits system, payroll system, billing, etc.

  • Keep current on market trends, business challenges, and priorities by gathering competitive market data

Qualifications:

  • You have strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with HR Business Partners, HR Analytics Team, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to gain, or earn senior leadership team confidence and sponsorship

  • You have the ability to flourish in a team environment and work independently

  • You are solution driven, using creative ways to approach a problem or answer a question

Requirements:  

  • 5-8 years of benefits program management experience

  • Experience working with software systems, Workday is a plus!

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation

  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and project management skills
