The Position

What You’ll Do

As a Site Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for efficiently handling partner team requests, applying remediation measures to counter abuse, and assisting efforts to understand prevalence and patterns of spam abuses in the Korean market. We seek a candidate who is comfortable working with data at scale and who can help us to dynamically adjust our spam remediations in response to shifts in adversary behavior. The work is fast moving, and the opportunity for impact is high. . The right candidate will play a role in threat investigations across multiple areas of our practice, and will help us improve  proactive mitigations more generally. Tasks include

  • Execute operational tasks for Site Integrity regarding the Korean market, such as running regular sweeps to remediate spam and resolving escalations from cross-functional partners

  • Handle incoming queries about Site Integrity policy areas with clear, effective, and complete responses to stakeholders in the Korean market

  • Help us build knowledge and maintain internal documentation of the tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) of Korean spam actors.

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

  • Experience in handling high-profile and dynamic issues

  • Ability to query data with SQL or other relational databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pattern detection, analysis, and investigations

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Prior Trust & Safety or Integrity-related experience at a tech company

  • Experience handling complex escalations and working in an operational environment

  • Experience using third-party ticketing systems is a plus as you will be handling different queues (e.g., Zendesk, Service Cloud, Jira, etc)

  • Experience analyzing data using Python or R

Note: Schedule could include Monday-Friday or alternate day weekend coverage (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
