The Position

 Twitter is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Agency Associate Client Account Manager for the Agency team to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies. This position will be based out of our office in Seoul, Korea, and will require some travel to client and agency locations throughout Korea and back to our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.


Serve as a liaison between agencies and Twitter to help them develop and build the growth momentum for advertisers in the market

- Develop and conduct an educational training session to inform about best practices for using Twitter ad product/ support deployment of the official agency training program

- Work with agencies to uplevel their marketing/media plans with Twitter Marketing solutions that deliver positive business impact for their clients

- Grow agency relationships to increase Twitter fluency and grow revenue across media representatives/digital agencies that further build relationships and increase Twitter fluency among agencies

- Respond to inquiries about Twitter platform/solutions from media representatives and digital agencies in order to help them pitch Twitter solutions with confidence

- Troubleshoot campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identify and implement process improvements for media representatives/digital agencies

- Use data and analytics to guide strategy and build consultative solutions within agency and brand environments

- Partner with the sales team to develop agency support plans and execute, optimize and analyze campaigns using internal tools and dashboards



- BA/BS degree

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns for advertisers or their agencies

- Extremely detail-oriented approach; able to successfully multitask on cross-functional projects to optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers 

- Ability to manage clients through conflict and guide them to collective business decisions

- Ability to create, develop and enhance stakeholders’ relationships within the complex business environment

- Communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

- Understanding the dynamics and uniqueness of the advertising business in South Korea is a must

- Experience working with agencies strongly required

- Experience as a Twitter user and knowledge of Twitter’s ad products is a plus

- Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving

- Track record for being highly organized and structured

- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
