The Position

If you’re enthusiastic about Twitter and have the ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with clients, we’re seeking a sales professional like you. As a Client Partner on the CPG team, you’ll immerse yourself in the evolving social media landscape and Twitter’s ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with one of our CPG partners and their agency partners. You’ll drive deep rooted and durable revenue growth by helping them find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and timely campaigns on Twitter, shaping their participation in the public conversation. - Generate revenue towards a defined quarterly quota - Be a thought leader and create consultative sales presentations to show how Twitter’s advertising products can be used to connect with their customers. - Help clients create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. - Provide feedback to Twitter’s product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform. - Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements. - Work collaboratively with a high performing team and mentor new team members as our organization grows - Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines along with incremental bookings - Be proactive and innovative in solving problems and identifying novel solutions and processes.

Qualifications

6+ years digital sales experience with proven track record of success driving durable revenue growth, while also hunting new business - Deep understanding of CPG industry - Established relationships with senior level CPG marketing decision makers at companies and agencies - Deep understanding of Twitter, the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers - Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams - Highly motivated, intellectually curious, coachable and empathetic - Nice to have - Video and Performance experience - An undergraduate degree Additional information: The Customers team unites Twitter’s purpose to serve the public conversation with the revenue needed to fulfill it. The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 4 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Tier A: USD $142,000 - USD $200,000
  • Tier C: USD $128,000 - USD $179,000

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Sales Incentive Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
