The Position

Twitter is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking a Client Partner to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies. If you’re enthusiastic about Twitter and have the ability to create and maintain trust with clients, we’re seeking a sales professional like you. As a Client Partner on the Customers team, you’ll immerse yourself in Twitter’s ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their agencies. You’ll help them build connections with their customers through award winning campaigns on Twitter.

  • Create consultative sales presentations to show how Twitter’s advertising products can be used to connect with customers.
  • Help clients create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback to Twitter’s product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform.
  • Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Mentor new team members as our organisation grows



  • 6+ years of experience in digital, sales, marketing or agency
  • A track record demonstrating an ability to deliver against customer needs
  • Ability to build sales narratives and present insights tied to a brand/creative strategy
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams
  • A passion for Twitter and our mission
