The Position

This position is located in our office in Singapore and will require some travel to client and agency locations. 

If you’re enthusiastic about Twitter and have the ability to create and maintain trust with clients, we’re seeking a sales professional like you. You will contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. As a Client Partner on the Customers team, you’ll immerse yourself in the evolving social media landscape and Twitter’s ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their marketing partners. You’ll help them find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and timely campaigns on Twitter, shaping their participation in the public conversation.

  • Create consultative sales presentations using market trends, insights and case studies to demonstrate how Twitter’s advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers. 

  • Excel at relationship management with clients

  • Educate and consult clients to create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth.

  • Provide feedback to Twitter’s product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform.

  • Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving social media landscape, and adapting to Twitter’s ongoing product developments

  • Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Partner with other x-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Twitter’s success in growing the business

  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations

  • Mentor new team members as our organisation grows


  • 6 - 8 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising or marketing. Preferably working with Ecommerce or retails business.

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies and agencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues

  • Aptitude, creativity and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision

  • Ability to develop and grow a book of business

  • Understanding of Twitter, the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
