The Position

We are looking for a leader of our EMEA Agency Development team to join Twitter’ Global Agency & Accounts team within its Global Business Partners (GBP) organization. We are looking for a professional who can work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Dublin office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships with our Agency partners.



  • Directly responsible for Twitter’s Agency business in 1-2 emerging markets in EMEA, including executing and managing commercial deals that drive business growth and market durability

  • Serve as EMEA’s connective tissue for all Agency business, helping to champion and scaling existing GBP programs that will accelerate Agencies’ consideration and revenue opportunities across the region

  • Create business alignment, elevate Agency channel’s standing and instill Agency priorities within Twitter's EMEA Customer leadership team(s)

  • Advocate for regional and market needs within the Global Agency & Accounts team

  • Foster close collaboration with Global Agency leads, driving a culture of joint JBP planning and analysis across Agency partners

  • Develop and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with senior-level Agency executives to uncover and create a pipeline of strategic opportunities that ultimately influence and drive Twitter revenue

  • Maintain collaborative and highly communicative relationships with cross functional internal stakeholders to drive value for your Agency partnerships

  • Represent Twitter at assigned Agency events and senior executive meetings (Industry events, Agency Activations, etc.) to demonstrate Twitter’s product/capabilities that drives strategic opportunities


  • A wealth of experience in agency leadership / brand management / sales leadership roles will be needed.

  • Deep expertise and understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies) 

  • Must have experience in negotiating and executing multi-million and multi-year enterprise level contracts

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management Leadership skills – strong point of view/ ability to navigate agency holding companies, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships and go get new relationships

  • Results oriented with a can-do spirit that loves to exceed expectations, meet deadlines, and overcome obstacles.

  • Excel at building bold, strategic, solutions leveraging a robust portfolio of Twitter assets and capabilities.

  • Expert with agencies marketplace– their structure, economics, processes, roles, clients.
