Senior Client Partner, Consumer Goods (Japan)

The Position

  • As a Senior Client Partner in the Customers team, you’ll immerse yourself in the evolving social media landscape and Twitter’s ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their marketing agencies.
  • Help clients in the consumer goods (CPG) industry create and execute effective campaigns and measure results on the Twitter platform
  • Help your client find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and timely campaigns on Twitter, shaping their participation in the public conversation.
  • Present consultative solutions to clients to show how Twitter’s advertising products can be used to connect with their customers.
  • Partner effectively with the Client Account Managers and cross functional teams to resolve campaign issues in a timely and efficient manner by identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Mentor new team members as our organization grows


  • An undergraduate degree
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising business/consultation, ideally working with clients in the consumer goods industry  
  • Strong record of establishing relationships with key external decision makers, including clients and marketing agencies
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketplace and the competitive landscape in the Japanese market 
  • Ability to manage clients and accounts independently 
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals 
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
