Account Manager, SMB (Japan)

The Position

Who We Are:

 

Twitter’s Customer Success team provides best-in-class support for our most valuable advertisers, increasing retention, revenue, and satisfaction. We are part of our Small Medium Business  (SMB) team, which is focused on building and scaling our advertising business through a combination of data, engineering, marketing, customer acquisition, and customer service.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage full cycle client services with the primary task of driving the growth of dozens of high-value advertisers and advertising agencies.

  • Educate and consult to generate opportunities by demonstrating how to use Twitter’s advertising products, best practices, and how to develop effective campaigns

  • Execute, optimize, and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and productive manner, identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Develop our agency business with strong ownership collaborating with internal teams such as the marketing team, Twitter Client Services team, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of account management experience.

  • Strong communicator and team player.

  • Experience with online advertising, marketing, and analytics preferred.

  • Working with/in advertising agencies is a plus.

  • Experience in mobile app promotion is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize among many demands and work with minimal supervision.

  • Highly self-motivated and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese, and fluency in English.
