Twitter Next is a global team of strategists, creatives and technologists - dedicated to finding the next way to get people talking about brands. We are embedded and indispensable partners to Twitter's sales organisation and use our deep knowledge of marketing, digital advertising (including mastery of Twitter), and brand-knowledge to influence and deliver outstanding creative and strategic solutions.
We design creative solutions that deliver against brands' marketing objectives and KPIs. We generate compelling creative ideas rooted in data-driven insights and strategic understanding of brands and Twitter.
We are looking for a brand creativity leader to manage a distributed team of strategists with a focus on supporting and growing Next's offering. This role is based in Dublin, and reporting to the Director, Head of Next EMEA. This role will support our fastest growing markets across EMEA, including France, Germany, Spain and others.
Who You Are
You are a senior brand strategist with a fascination for platform innovation, and proven management experience. A power user on the platform who has either worked with (or for) remarkable brands for at least 8 years. You are comfortable working internationally and across multiple markets. You have a highly creative nature, but this is tempered by a pragmatic approach and a 'get it done' attitude.
You are goal-oriented and results-driven, a creative collaborator and a powerful motivating force for those around you. You are a natural organiser, with a proven ability to lead a distributed team, mentor and inspire others. You gravitate towards collaboration, and are an empathetic manager.
You recognise that success is not only about outstanding results, it's about the process of working together to achieve a common goal. You are a creative thinker and can light up a room with your strategic thought, collaborative energy, and drive to do best-in-class work. Your communication skills are exceptional, both internally and externally.
What You'll Do
A key player for Twitter Next as it continues to grow and scale; you will be dedicated to unlocking new business opportunities across multiple markets through creative insight and ideation. You will leverage your experience to lead responses to briefs from top tier brands, and nurture relationships internally and externally. You'll manage a small team of exceptionally talented strategists and be responsible for projects that support the scaling services of Twitter Next.
A typical working week will include creative ideation on behalf of clients in multiple markets, management and mentoring of a distributed team, consultation sessions for both sales teams and customers, liaising with technologists to support creative projects with complex technical layers, presenting live at workshops, developing briefs, advising on case studies and award applications. However, your primary goal is to develop creative, human-centric ideas worth talking about that are unique to Twitter's platform, leveraging new features and platform innovations in meaningful ways.
