The SMB Global Marketing team builds customer lifecycle programs leveraging web, email, paid and other Martech solutions to educate small and medium size businesses on the value of Twitter Ads and other Twitter business solutions. Our goal is to help customers understand how to grow their business with Twitter by investing in the right strategies and organic and paid Twitter solutions.
The Position
This role will be responsible for owning the operational processes, governance, and technical web management of business.twitter.com. You will partner with content and integrated marketing teams to develop the site strategy and initiatives, and be the subject matter expert on all of the backend capabilities to execute on items like page creation and componentry, implementing tests and personalization, and managing analytics for insights and optimization.
You will primarily be responsible for managing, maintaining, optimizing and analyzing the web platform and its supporting technologies to help businesses engage with Twitter Business. You will partner with marketing, data science, engineering, and localization to help bring customer programs to life on business.twitter.com.
In this role you will:
Establish and own processes on website tagging, tracking and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, develop a framework for measuring engagement and conversion
Establish and own processes for page creation and QA, site governance, and component and infrastructure updates and roll out
Own the relationship with IT engineering to champion our initiatives and roadmap, and to facilitate execution on technical projects as well as issue resolution
Manage the intake and resolution of bugs and troubleshooting issues
Conduct A/B testing using tools like Adobe Test & Target to optimize messaging, user experience and journey, and CTAs
Work with partner teams to create personalized web experiences for visitors based on their profile and stage of the journey
Partner with the Content team to improve organic search rankings by maintaining technical SEO best practices
Recommend site improvements based on data and conversion optimization best practices
Develop and maintain web SOPs and training documentation
Serve as the channel expert informing our teams of upcoming updates and changes to ensure alignment
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices and be an advocate for our site
Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably on large web or product initiatives with a B2B focus
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Test & Target, Google Analytics, Jira or similar technologies
Experience managing a CMS, including developing and maintaining templates, SOPs and process documentation
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, specifically content, product, engineering and localization
Global perspective, with experience on translated and localized sites in close collaboration with regional team members a plus
Strong grasp on website analytics including tracking methodologies (tagging, UTM, etc.)
Project management experience to drive and facilitate across business and technical teams, and an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
A good understanding of user experience, usability, website design, HTML and CSS a plus
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, JavaScript, SQL a plus
A growth mentality, including the ability to guide and explain as well as learn and take initiative
Organized, motivated and thorough with strong attention to detail and process discipline
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
A sense of humor, and an interest in working with a team and a company that #LovesWhereTheyWork

The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 4 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary ranges for this role, are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Tier A: USD $96,000 - USD $124,000
- Tier B: USD $91,000 - USD $118,000
- Tier C: USD $86,000 - USD $112,000
- Tier D: USD $82,000 - USD $107,000

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
