Project Manager/Designer, Global Business Marketing, APAC (12 month contract)

The Position


We’re the Global Business Marketing (GBM) team. We define, protect, and promote the value of the Twitter brand for advertisers through global strategies, messages, content, and standards.


The Scope:

We’re aiming to provide holistic sales enablement for the biggest moments with advertising potential in a few markets in APAC  (eg. Ramadan, Cricket World Cup, Australian Open etc). This person will be responsible for driving the internal workstream, aggregating inputs across sales support teams, consolidating them into one holistic deck, and updating the deck as needed. This will help drive revenue for the events and occasions with the greatest revenue potential, save time across all support teams, and provide increased efficiency and effectiveness to our sales team. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Build cross-functional relationships to understand and collect the inputs from each support team that contributes content to the sales collateral (Marketing, Research, Brand Strategy, etc.)

  • Create a clear deliverable plan, work back calendar, and timeline of when teams need to submit inputs and when you’ll deliver finalized collateral

  • Design a pitch deck from the consolidated inputs from the support teams

  • Design one-pagers from the distillation of inputs from the support teams

  • Upload content to a central hub and update each deck as new content inputs come in from the support teams

  • Measure performance and optimize the process as needed to meet KPIs

  • Provide sporadic design support to global projects from the team 

  • Partner with the counterparts in the US, JP, CanLATAM, EMEA/MENA to drive innovation and optimizations in what we do and how we work to support the business


Who you are

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in designing sales collateral with high proficiency in Keynote – Video editing/animation is a plus.

  • Proven experience in coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules 

  • Ability to organize complex work streams and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Ability to be agile and work through uncertainty 

  • Excellent internal communication skills
