Sr. Sales Compensation Consultant

The Position

Help us enable Twitter's revenue engine by building and executing the compensation plans that will drive our Salesforce to succeed!  We are a lean team, working with the most senior levels of management to build and execute the Sales Compensation Programs that support and drive our company's revenue engine.  Our goal is in support of Twitter's mission to attract, motivate and retain the people who can have the biggest impact on our business and reward them for their success. 

In this role you will help with all facets of Sales Compensation including; program design, offer and Merit/Promotion compensation assessments, working closely on commission structures for new roles, creating greater transparency to our Sales Leaders around how the plan is working in support of our sales goals, and you will help evolve the function to ensure we are not just meeting the needs of today but also the future needs of our fast growing business.  If this sounds like a challenge that would excite you, and you have the experience needed to help the team get stronger, please apply, it will be great to meet you!

Qualifications

  • B.S or B.A...extra-points for additional qualifications like an advanced degree or CCP
  • Very strong excel skills...you will need them as we are data driven in our solutions
  • 8+ years experience in compensation, with at least 3+ focused on sales compensation.  Ideally this is from a fast paced and fast growing company
  • Ability to build lasting collaborative relationships with Sales Leaders and to have the confidence to support your views with logic while approaching conversation with an open-mind
  • A desire to be part of something great and an acumen for being able to visualize and evolve the way we do things today to the way we could do them better in the future.
  • Expert level Excel skills, PPT skills
