Gaming Client Account Manager, Greater China (Singapore)

The Position

If you're an enthusiastic Twitter user with relevant experience and a passion for learning, we invite you to talk to us about our advertising sales organization at Twitter, Inc.

This position is located in our office in Singapore and will require some travel to client and agency locations. The Client Account Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, show them how to use Twitter's advertising products, recommend best practices, and develop effective campaigns.

  • Use internal tools, dashboards, and key performance metrics to analyze and improve advertising programs and deliver against client's objectives.

  • Provide feedback to Twitter's product and internal tools teams to help the product team scale our services and advertising platform.

  • Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Manage contracts and assist our Sales Finance team with payables and collections.

  • Mentor new team members as our organization grows

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry in the Greater China region. Experience in managing gaming clients will be a strong plus

  • Proficiency in Chinese and Japanese is a must to work with clients and partners in the Greater China Region.

  • Ability to optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommend adjustments to key performance drivers

  • Ability to manage clients through conflict and guide them to collective business decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Deep understanding of Twitter and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers

  • BA / BS degree and above
