The Revenue Strategy and Operations team partners with the Global Customers teams to drive revenue, craft and analyze and implement revenue strategies.
What You’ll Do
As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be a key partner to the Revenue Product Specialist team (RPS) and will drive operational best practices that shape the strategic direction of Twitter’s global advertising business.
The Revenue Product Specialists are a key bridge between our Sales and Product organizations and work to drive sales strategy and product improvements, lead Twitter’s go-to-market strategy, help to educate our teams on our product solutions, optimize our customers’ outcomes and provide a customer-centric point of view to the business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage several projects that promote operational efficiency, revenue acceleration, and drive large-scale impact for the business. You will build and execute core operational processes - such as business planning, reporting, analytics, and ongoing business operations management. A key part of this role will be building, iterating upon, and maintaining a critical set of data tableau dashboards for our RPS team. You will get the opportunity to analyze and derive insights from complex sets of data that will help us inform and drive our go-to-market strategies and work closely with the Product Specialists RSOM Lead, Senior Sales leaders, the Specialists, and other cross-functional partners to quickly understand issues and implement solutions while flexing your creative problem-solving skills.
You will conduct complex analysis related to resource allocation, product revenue trends, and competitive insights to drive strategic discussions
You will own the development and iteration of various Tableau dashboards and be responsible for driving analysis and presenting insights around how we can grow and scale our business
You will help find opportunities to improve team efficiencies and support efforts to scale standard methodologies and best practices across the business
You will help evaluate the efficacy of existing operational processes and tools, and support the development and roll-out of new tools
You will participate and help steer global initiatives as appropriate and ensure that global initiatives are rolled out properly to every region
You will work with our cross-functional partners (Sales teams, Revenue engineering, Finance, HR) to ensure the successful execution of key projects, while continually finding opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements
Bonus: Knowledge of complex analytical packages including, but not limited to, R, SPSS, Stata, and SAS
