This role can be remote in the UK/US or located in our London/New York/San Francisco offices.
The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in designing HITL ML systems, preferably involving content discovery, structured content, and recommendations. They will have a proven record of working with editorial, product, design, and engineering teams to achieve technological breakthroughs that accelerate launches or deepen product impact; a thorough knowledge of social media and Twitter; and substantial experience leading projects throughout an organization.

Success in this role is measured by:
Designing and coordinating high-impact HITL processes for multiple features and content types, and across cross-functional lines
Influencing and executing a long-term strategy for success
Identifying new work streams and ambitious team projects
Developing a diverse project portfolio that drives product impact
Building a repository of structured content that can fuel multiple Curation work streams for many years
Serve as a team lead who can advise and unblock teammates, often on multiple projects at the same time
Strongly influence Curation’s HITL content strategy, with emphasis on structuring multiple content formats, crafting the best data schemas, and designing effective tooling
Model a positive approach that produces creative solutions as strategic priorities inevitably evolve
Supervise and drive team goals while also identifying new opportunities for team investment
Communicate team progress effectively and engagingly, particularly in leadership settings
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders as part of a distributed team
