Program Manager - Developer and Enterprise Solutions

Twitter is looking for a Program Manager to help design and drive our transformation as we build the next generation of the Twitter API. We are one of the fastest growing parts of Twitter today, and this is an exciting time of change and opportunity as DES redesigns both Twitter’s developer platform, and our approach to engaging and supporting our developer community and customer base.
What You’ll Do
This role will focus on supporting the DES business team to scale and transform in the coming years. This position will plan and execute complex, end-to-end programs involving business processes, operations, new product launches, and more. This individual will work cross-functionally across Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing teams to facilitate alignment and manage communication across key stakeholders, ensuring the success of our key initiatives.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a Program Manager with a strong project management background who is able to take complex ideas and competing priorities and transform them into an actionable project plan and milestones. The ideal candidate would find themselves equally at home rolling up their sleeves for detail-oriented project work, or facilitating conversations with leaders to get feedback on a strategy or plan.
If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:
- A track record and reputation for “getting stuff done”
- A can-do attitude, and flexible working style
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in management consulting, or customer-facing project oriented work
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment, or equivalent
- Experience with change management or in the tech industry a plus
