We are seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience & Recruiting Coordination oversee a large coordination team across the United States and act as a member of the Talent Experience & Strategic Operations leadership team.
What You’ll Do
We continuously strive to create incredible experiences at Twitter. To get there, we need candidate-centric and creative performers. We’re looking for a strong person to lead our Recruiting Coordination (RC) team, which is responsible for supporting our recruiting engine across Twitter. This team of coordinators is the face of Twitter and work to provide world class service as they take candidates through the interview process. They are highly customer service oriented, have extreme attention to detail, and multi task like pros.
We expect the Recruiting Coordinator Manager to be a passionate customer and candidate advocate with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity.
This Recruiting Coordinator Manager will lead successful operations for managing a large team consisting of coordination leads and coordinators dispersed across the United States. Recruiting Coordinators support both the engineering side of the business and the sales and corporate functions teams. This includes forecasting demand and RC capacity, all core scheduling and coordinating activities, and workload balancing. They will develop staff members so each teammate is fully trained and utilized to the optimum level.
The successful manager will build and manage a close-knit, high performing team. They will be well trusted with confidential and sensitive information and be able to problem solve on the go.
- 3+ years managing a team in a corporate recruiting environment
- Experience with corporate level recruiting.
- Operations, data analytics, and program management experience.
- Ability to identify process improvements and make sound recommendations.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, will take initiative - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
- Excellent customer service and bias for action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relentless focus on customer experience.
