We currently have an opening for a Global Capabilities Program Manager in our San Francisco office.

Reporting to the International Lead for Learning + Development, you will have demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies for change and managing people programs in a global company. Our ideal candidate is capable of influencing senior leaders and building great relationships cross-functionally with sharp execution focus and extensive project management experience.

What you’ll do:

     Shape the strategy for multiple programs through research, needs analysis and consultancy and translate findings into innovative company-wide solutions.

     Develop or source subject matter expertise in key areas such as cultural competency, collaboration, productivity, distributed teams etc.

     Manage cross-functional contributors through critical decision-making processes and manage the execution of decisions relating to how we work.

     Project manage the development of new learning and collaboration solutions.

     Develop global and scalable solutions including approach to facilitation; leading train the trainer activities and facilitating workshops in both classroom and live virtual environments.

     Drive program activations and monitor engagement in key campaigns globally.

     Define and track metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of Global Capabilities programs.

     Leverage data to provide insights to shape future state and to report to key stakeholders.



     Proactive individual with strong execution and service orientation.

     Effective partner for stakeholders and sponsors across the company and at all levels.

     Strong project management discipline for setting expectations, execution and resolving issues.

     Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.

     Innovative approach that is not constrained by what is today or tools available.


What you have done:

     6+ years program management experience. 

     Proven skills in change management and managing people programs end-to-end.

     Experience working with both Engineering and Sales teams in a global organization.

     Experience in engaging stakeholders in business decisions. 

     Experience working in a PMO environment or certification in Project Management.

     International experience of working across multiple cultures and timezones.
