About our Content Partnerships team

The Content Partnerships team is organized around four key verticals: sports, news, entertainment, and creators. This team serves to secure best-in-class content deals and partnerships with massive global reach. The Senior Manager, Content Sales, will work across sports, news, and entertainment to identify the largest strategic opportunities (considering sales potential and visibility), assess demand from Twitter advertisers, and then work cross-functionally to create, market, and sell packages.


What You'll Do

  • Accountable for Global Content Partnerships revenue targets
  • Cover key clients and client verticals, working strategically with leadership to grow incremental revenue to Sponsorships
  • Collaborate with Sales. Video Specialists, and leadership to understand advertiser demand
  • Conduct regular meetings with regional Global Content Partnerships leads to share knowledge, processes, and updates coming from other markets
  • Regularly attend in-person client meetings ​across the region ​for priority programs


What Success Looks Like

  • A standardized format and approach for how we deliver programs to our key U.S. clients
  • Revenue diversification and growth QOQ and YOY for all verticals
  • Increased sell through rate for ​In-Stream Sponsorship programs
  • Seamless cross-functional collaboration between Content Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Sales Marketing team.
  • Clear articulation of Twitter's premium content value proposition
  • Supporting GCP Partner Managers by streamlining program marketing


Who You Are

  • Superior presentation and communication skills, with experience pitching to brands and agencies
  • 6-8 years of related experience
  • Collaborative leader with strong influencing skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to clearly articulate directions and procedures
  • Experience and understanding of media buying and media planning, with a preference towards Twitter media
  • Experience working on large partnerships with contractual complexities and restrictions
  • A strong understanding of the digital video landscape
  • ​Comfortable navigating ambiguity​
