Procure to Pay Sr. Analyst
What You’ll Do:
- Testing, implementation, and ongoing support for key P2P projects and initiatives
- S2P training, documentation, drafting communications, and providing guidance to internal customers
- Monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Provide analytical support to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Managing JIRA P2P ticket escalations and action plans
- Working with our outsourced team to optimize processes and monitor results
- Assist with the supplier onboarding audit verification process
- Serve as the main contact point for unclaimed property data collection and coordination with our 3rd party agency
- Support exception handling for T&E and PCard activities
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or S2P functions
- Excellent teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to interact with and influence all levels within the organization
- Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of process improvements
- Tenacious, flexible, and proactive. Can easily adapt to shifting priorities while making steady progress on key projects.
