As the Agency Development Manager for MENA you will be Twitter’s partnering with the top media agencies to surface the opportunities offered by Twitter’s Promoted Products and drive revenue. 

As the Agency Development Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead and activate our sales strategy with the ‘big 6’ and top independent media agencies in MENA region, with an emphasis on driving awareness, revenue, educating and on-boarding new advertisers. As such, we’re looking for an accomplished agency sales achiever who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving environment and is energised by the idea of both developing and setting up our agency strategy. 

Ultimately, you’ll combine strategic thinking with a strong knowledge of the agency landscape to deliver on sales targets. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales teams in a fast-paced and quickly-changing environment. 


  • Educate agencies and their clients about advertising on Twitter Develop new sales opportunities from the most important media agencies in MENA region
  • Build high level agency relationships with our most important media agencies and expand our agency customer base
  • Create and implement a successful media agency strategy thats first the need of both clients and agencies
  • Set up structural meetings with key stakeholders within the MENA media agencies to check in Twitter adoption and revenue growth 
  • Understand what matters most to the media agency community and their clients when considering Twitter Ads and partner with the marketing team to develop and distribute agency-specific content based on this. 
  • Work with the Twitter sales teams to align and drive revenue 


  • Minimum 6+ years experience in digital media and marketing at an ad agency, media agency, on the client side, or with a media company 
  • Experience leading and managing clients, accounts, and teams of people. 
  • Experience in selling through media agencies 
  • Master Degree or equivalent preferred 
  • Demonstrated interest for thinking big picture and sales strategies, excellent communication & presentation skills, problem solving, and results focused. 
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional skills. 
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment. 
  • Passion for Twitter’s vision, culture and products.
