Chief of Staff - People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity

The Chief of Staff, People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity will provide support to the VP of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Diversity in driving the opportunity, impact, and alignment of priorities at a global level. This organization encompasses Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Inclusion & Diversity, Policy & Standards, and People Systems, Operations & Analytics functions.

As a key partner to the VP of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Diversity, you will be responsible for helping orchestrate a high performance environment as it relates to strategic planning and execution, demand management, financial planning, developing and governing key standards, and managing communication across the global People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity organization. You will have experience and expertise in a wide range of HR functions in order to provide insights for developing and driving short term and long term plans, and to inform program development.  You will be skilled at building relationships, stakeholder management, and be extremely organized and efficient.

Major Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity team leadership to define and drive the delivery of key strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Work closely with the VP of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Diversity to ensure that the function is strategically aligned against a planned roadmap. This includes connecting, communicating, and staying in tune with Sr. Leadership, their teams, and establishing a knowledge base of information and sharing insights across the People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity organization.
  • Oversee global People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity team strategic planning, budgets and headcount management including budget planning, quarterly forecasting, spend analysis and approvals, headcount forecasts, management and approvals.
  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key programs, projects, and priorities; partnering closely with People Experience and Inclusion & Diversity leadership to help with operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate team reporting and communications, including weekly content updates from across the org top for VP People, content submissions to the People team annual business plans and quarterly board updates etc.
  • Support team OKR development and tracking
  • Facilitate critical meetings and discussions, ensuring the groups are working on the right things, in the right amounts, at the right times.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated success presenting to Senior Leadership
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple groups at a global level
  • Extensive project management, budget management and business analysis skills
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholder and drive accountability and decision making cross-functionally


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
  • 10+ years’ experience working in a progressive human resources experience in a fast paced, growth-oriented and results-driven environment
  • 5+ years experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
