Engineering Manager - Exchange Backend (MoPub)

What You’ll Do:
As a manager of MoPub’s backend team you will lead a team of backend engineers working on MoPub core systems: MoPub Marketplace, MoPub Ad-server, and others. You will work closely with engineering leaders across Twitter and product managers to make sure that MoPub systems are scalable, performant, and that they are set up for product growth in the years to come. You will coach your team to help them with their growth and work with Product and other engineering managers to set the direction for the team, and the MoPub business overall.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- BS/MS Computer Science.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems
- Previous adtech experience preferred
