Procurement Ops Analyst

Job Responsibilities:


The Procurement Ops analyst will be responsible for all Procurement Operations related functional tasks and report to the Sr. Procurement Ops Manager.  This role will be the point of contact for all escalations to Proc operations and will be the Subject Matter Expert for Onboarding, purchasing, and exceptions process.



What You’ll Do:


Oversight of offshore team (India and Manila) -  help review/ refine processes, assist with any business partner escalations; define/ document/ execute new processes as required

Deliver monthly and quarter (as appropriate) metrics for the Source to Pay teams.  Coordinate with respective teams to determine variance explanations and rationale for output.

Manage and deliver all Proc  PBC/Audit/SOX requests. Coordinate all audit/SOX deliverables with the respective Audit Team or SOX team members.  Work with the management team and the SOX team to ensure the Proc Controls meet the current needs of the business.

Subject Matter Expert for acquisitions affecting the Procurement ops functional area

Subject Matter Expert for Publisher Withholding Tax process.  This includes, but is not limited to, proactively meeting with Tax partners to ensure processes meet the needs of the business, review/ audit FAS5 work of offshore team

Facilitate S2P - How to Buy training with business partners

Maintenance of S2P Supplier’s website on AEM

Development/ Facilitation of S2P Flightpath website dynamic content and refresh articles

Assist with adhoc reporting and analysis

Development of How to Docs//  Develop User guides

Fields/audits offshore inbound email alias for communication quality


Skills:

●      Fundamental understanding of operational accounting, procurement, accounts payable and basic finance topics

●      Knowledge of, and ability to improve upon, internal control processes as they pertain to the S2P function
