We currently have an opening for a Snr. Learning Specialist. In this role, you will act as program owner for core learning programs supporting talented employees and managers to have an impact and grow their careers at Twitter. This will require you to think own end to end efforts from design, delivery and application. You’ll partner closely with your global Learning & Development team to localize global initiatives and programs.
Success in this role looks like this: You will have strong experience of delivering impactful learning initiatives to a global and diverse employees. You will focus on impact and application of skills through thoughtful design, scaled delivery and by building a strong network of subject matter experts. You will drive the right outcomes for the business grounded in data, helping to elevate Twitter’s employee brand and culture.
What You’ll Do
Program owner Managing@, our manager onboarding experience.
Program owner for key development programs focused on building business skills and application across high performing employees.
Partner with teams to create data driven learning plans that drives business growth and team development.
Build a network of internal Subject Matter Experts who act as internal facilitators and mentors.
Partner with the broader L&D team to align on strategic projects, global design and quality of programs.
What You Have Done
Delivering end to end business focused learning programs that result in tangible impact.
Partnered with internal and external design team to build scaled learning across multiple mediums - live, virtual and online.
Consulted with senior stakeholders to led learning initiatives that drive business results.
Demonstrated thought leadership in learning content and design and have a track record of being able to adapt learning to meet audience needs especially for a distributed audience.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
Experience and Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in a business driven learning function.
Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Strong facilitation skills
Experience in coaching and train the trainer delivery
Experience is stakeholder management and data driven training needs analysis
Content evaluation and customization skills especially in complex skills and challenging soft skills contexts
