Head of Customer Success, APAC (Singapore)
The Self-Serve Ads (SSA) team is responsible for acquiring and growing Twitter's Small and Medium Business (SMB) advertisers. The team utilizes a data driven approach to design and execute revenue programs that generate significant business growth.
As the Head of Customer Success team in APAC, you will have an opportunity to shape the strategy to support and grow our advertisers in the APAC region and to lead a lean team of sales and marketing managers as well as outsourced partners. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to lead seamless execution, analysis, and improvement of these programs.
Create the overall strategy of programmatically helping SMB advertisers in the APAC region to be more successful with our ad products leading to business growth and revenue retention.
Build and lead an outsourced team of Customer success specialists to help our advertisers with a clear goal of business growth.
Partner with the in-house SSA Analytics and Engineering teams to develop strong hypotheses, analytical frameworks and create automated interventions that address advertiser needs and increase product usage..
Develop and independently run revenue programs end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of these programs.
Be an ambassador for Self-Serve Ads in the region with other sales leaders and represent SSA to our partners and clients.
BA/BS degree with a quantitative focus (preferably in economics, computer science, mathematics). MBA preferred.
12+ years of relevant work experience in a high growth media or online advertising business unit with P&L ownership.
Track record of thought leadership in applying data driven models that have had impact on a global scale.
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
