Sales Finance Analyst, London (12 months)


The UK Sales Finance team is looking for an enthusiastic person, who is a fast learner, and is eager to develop their skills in data analysis and financial processes to join the fun and exciting Twitter UK office.


You will be a key member of the Sales Finance team working closely with partners around Twitter. We believe tweeps communicate fearlessly to build trust and seek diverse perspectives. As such, you will:

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance and other cross functional teams across the company

  • Support the sales teams, but also other cross functional departments when it comes to data requests and financial analyses

  • Review and countersign Twitter’s revenue contracts

  • Help streamline the contract review process

  • Work with key stakeholders to create, draft, and communicate policies to facilitate smoother operations and improve decision making

  • Help run deal review meetings including document gathering, note taking, and following up on any outstanding action items

In this position, you will provide critical financial support and tools to grow and scale Twitter’s Ad Sales business across Europe. We need someone who has:

  • Solid organization skills and can remain detail-oriented while working across a wide variety of projects

  • Strong analytical skills with ambitions to develop and learn financial and strategic analyses

  • The ability to handle many competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication skills to interface with various business partners including senior executives

  • Interest in training others in the skills that you have acquired


  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record

  • 1-2 years of work experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and/or Google Docs

  • Knowledge / experience in SQL is preferable

  • Possess a demonstrable grasp of Twitter
