The Regional Security Operations Manager, is passionate about Security. Coordinating the Regional Security team, you will be experienced in Regionwide Corporate Security and Safety.  Demonstrating leadership, you will align regional security procedures and processes ensuring that your experience delivers industry best standards to the Corporate Security team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative Regional Security Operations model; focusing on  key objectives, team goals and staffing; deliver a high quality Regional Physical Security program.  

  • Lead the Regional Operations Center and Physical Security teams within region, ensuring robust security standards, policy, procedures and training.

  • Organise weekly meetings with direct reports, overseeing operational needs and receiving key project updates

  • Partner with Local, Regional and Global partners identifying key areas for service improvement and streamlining workflows.

  • Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews and service provision; act as point of contact for Security, Safety and other Corporate Security vendors; leverage relationships where required

  • Ensures regional performance indicators and metrics are collated in an effective manner, highlighting team and program effectiveness for presentation to senior team members and key stakeholders.  

  • Harness the Regional Operations Center to refine and streamline processes ensuring a significant contribution to overall strategic and organisational goals.

  • Communicates team goals fearlessly; seizes opportunities for the continued provision of  customer orientated security programs

  • Possesses a deep understanding of Corporate Security team objectives; actively contributes to development and achievement of same.

  • Oversee staffing requirements, remuneration and resources of the Corporate Security contingent workforce. Ensures that contractors are appropriately trained for their assignments and other related taskings.

  • Lead people development within the Operational Security team, ensuring that potential is developed to fill key positions; roadmap succession routes.

  • Audit and assess operational requirements on Twitter sites, paying close attention to risks, technology and vendors.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 
  • Experience within a wide range of Corporate Security disciplines, including physical security, security operations, investigations, safety and crisis response;

  • Background in a fast paced tech environment where 24/7 availability is required

  • Exceptional communication and managerial skills

  • Technology oriented; high understanding of security systems including, CCTV, Access Control and Security Incident Management software.

  • Proficient in Vendor Management, including identification, negotiation, enrollment and project management.

  • Succinct and precise writing style

  • Dedicated and creative mindset; possesses the ability to harness original concepts into contributing and successful strategic solutions.  

  • Ability to travel
