We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialists based in our Dublin office who will use their analytical and quantitative skills to assess, create, improve and maintain Twitter’s global Total Rewards infrastructure. 

What You’ll Do

The C&B Specialist will support compensation and benefits administration in Twitter international (spanning across EMEA, LATAM and ASIA) reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits International. This position will also partner closely with HR Operations and the HR Business Partners in each region.

Responsibilities:

Benefits:

  • Own the relationship with our International brokers and vendors
  • Works with insurance brokers, vendors and internal customers on day-to-day queries/issues
  • Own the annual benefits renewal process, implementation of plan design and/or regulatory changes through system and people processes
  • Proactively review best practice in our international markets 
  • Review and streamline administrative processes

Compensation:

  • Design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes
  • Conduct analysis related to cost and trends and provide analytical data management support for measurement and tracking of key compensation HR-related metrics.
  • Conduct market surveys submissions; collect and analyze market data and maintain salary survey data;
  • Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests
  • Develop compensation communication materials and training

Who You Are

Requirements/Competencies:

  • 5+ years supporting Compensation and Benefits with specific knowledge of international markets in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different functions and effectively influencing business partners at all levels
  • Built external relationships with brokers, vendors etc
  • Organized and can constantly prioritize your work to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and time to respond
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, combined with solid analytical skills including proficiency in Excel Strong attention to details
  • Prior experience with Workday preferred
