About our Content Partnerships team

 

The Content Partnerships team is organized around four key verticals: sports, news, entertainment, and creators. This team serves to secure best-in-class content deals and partnerships with massive global reach. A Manager, Content Sales, will work across all four verticals to identify the largest strategic opportunities (considering sales potential and visibility), assess demand from Twitter advertisers, and then work cross-functionally to create, market, and sell packages.

 

What You'll Do

 
  • Accountable for Global Content Partnerships revenue targets

  • Standardize U.S. pricing and packaging across our most strategic partnership opportunities

  • Globalize programs where Twitter has global rights: prioritize regions by market size and revenue opportunity, collaborate with GCP leads in priority markets to price and package those programs

  • Create and maintain the primary internal marketing channels for in-Stream Sponsorships, including weekly newsletter and internal resource

  • Collaborate with Global Video Solutions and sales leadership in global territories to understand advertiser demand

  • Conduct regular meetings with regional Global Content Partnerships leads to share knowledge, processes, and updates coming from the US

  • Regularly represent all priority programs to US growth account (e.g. in vertical meetings)

  • Regularly attend priority in-person client meetings and calls for priority US growth accounts

 

What Success Looks Like

  • A standardized format and approach for how we package and price in our global territories

  • Revenue diversification and growth QOQ and YOY for US growth accounts and ex-US markets

  • Increased sell through rate for in-stream video sponsorship programs amongst US growth accounts and in ex-US markets

  • Seamless cross-functional collaboration between Live, GCP, Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, LCS, GVS, and Sales Marketing teams

  • Clear articulation of Twitter's premium content value proposition

  • Supporting GCP Partner Managers by streamlining their program marketing

 

Who You Are

  • Collaborative leader with strong internal relationships and influencing skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to clearly articulate directions and procedures

  • Superior presentation and communication skills

  • Experience and understanding of media buying and media planning, with a preference towards Twitter media

  • Experience working on large partnerships with contractual complexities and restrictions

  • A strong understanding of the digital video landscape
