Content Partnership Manager, Entertainment (London)


The Twitter Content Partnerships team works with rights holders and content creators to bring real time video content to Twitter. The team is now looking for an experienced entertainment industry professional to manage Twitter’s relationships and advertising deals around premium video moments with leading entertainment broadcasters, producers, networks, studios, MCNs, labels and content creators.

In this role, you will work to provide world-class account management and strategic consultation to our customers, and help them maximize their efforts around video on Twitter in terms of both engagement and monetization. The right candidate will be expected to quickly master how Sponsorship campaigns are sold and managed, scale the product to agencies and brands, and work with a wide range of entertainment partners.  


  • Work with our partner’s external sales teams to monetize real time entertainment clips on Twitter

  • Evangelize Twitter Sponsorship with top tier media agencies and clients across UK

  • Present, persuade and onboard new partners to the Twitter Sponsorship marketplace

  • Work closely with management to define and build out our long-term video and monetization strategy and tools

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years experience of working in digital sponsorship / sales at either an ad agency or an entertainment media

  • Strong understanding of Twitter, social networks and social video marketplace

  • Strong understanding of sales, sales marketing, content creation and tech innovations

  • Experience with Twitter’s Ad products, including deep understanding of campaign setup (including the right objectives for the campaigns at hand), management, and reporting

  • Confidence working with video analytic dashboards

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and driven with affinity towards customer service excellence

  • Able to organize and execute rigorously on tasks without heavy management oversight

  • Ability to operate/adapt to change in a highly variable, multi-tasking work environment

  • Creative and curious mind, excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Mastery of Keynote, Powerpoint, Excel, JIRA and all the other tools of business
