Corporate Security protects all employees and company assets globally. We facilitate informed decision making by identifying and mitigating risks. Corporate Security is responsible for Physical Security, Security Analysis & Investigations, Business Continuity, Travel & Event Security, Health & Safety, and Executive Protection.  CorpSec maintains close working relationships with other risk management teams at Twitter including Trust & Safety, Legal, Information/Network Security, and Internal Audit.

The Technology & Systems Team provides tools, techniques, and infrastructure to collaborate with internal CorpSec teams.  The team is responsible for support and managing several mission critical applications used by Corporate Security. You will report to the Head of Technology & Systems and will work from the Twitter San Francisco headquarters.

What You’ll Do

You will apply experience in project management and physical security systems integration to help build CorpSec’s technology portfolio. This role will focus on “getting things done” in a fast moving, time sensitive, global environment.  


  • Serve as a subject matter expert on physical security, providing consultation to management staff, business partners and other key stakeholders

  • Design, set and drive adoption of physical security standards for corporate offices

  • Coordinate expertise area efforts to provide thorough analysis of security risks and development of appropriate mitigating strategies

  • Manage small to medium projects as well as help assist System Technicians on troubleshooting or resolving problems

  • Triage and respond to all incidents/cases and occasional emergency after-hours calls

  • Manage all service requests (work orders, purchase orders) for repairs, maintenance for physical security hardware and projects and ensure timely completion based on severity

  • Coordinate with integrators and vendors to ensure timely completion of service/projects

  • Coordinate with finance on costs/billing and budget

  • Read and Interpret CAD drawings

  • Analyze security infrastructure configuration files, logs, and other artifacts to perform root cause analysis

  • Generate proper documentation throughout all phases of a project

  • Able to travel and in rare cases with minimal notice, is required

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Security Systems Project Manager who can manage vendors across multiple sites, prioritize inbound work requests, and evaluate technology solutions. troubleshooting problems.  You are a fast learner, strong communicator (verbal/written), understand priority/complexity and works well with others.


  • 5-8 years of total experience in Physical Security

  • Experience with:

    • Low voltage technology (CCTV, alarms, access control) - FLIR and CCURE preferred

    • Basic networking concepts (IP addresses, MAC addresses)

    • Physical, Identity, Visitor, Incident or Case Management Systems

    • Managing enterprise systems in multi-site, multi-tenant facilities

    • Generation of reports to support internal audits investigations

    • Collaboration with IT and Security teams during system design and implementation

    • G Suite Applications

  • Preferred:

    • B.A. or B.S. in Management Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or Business

    • FLIR or CCURE Certifications
