Head of Demand Generation, Self-Serve Ads
The Self-Serve Ads (SSA) team is responsible for acquiring and growing Twitter's Small and Medium Business (SMB) advertisers. The team utilizes a data driven approach to design and execute marketing and revenue programs that generate significant business growth.
As the leader of the demand generation team, you will lead a team of marketers to define strategy and execute integrated demand generation programs. You will report to the Director of SSA Sales and Marketing, and also work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Engineering to grow our advertisers globally.
Lead all Demand Generation efforts, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, and measuring results.
Develop and manage Global integrated campaigns plan to increase our brand awareness, drive inbound traffic to our website and exceed pipeline targets.
Manage overall lead-generation initiatives including email campaigns, webinars, events, SEO, content marketing, nurture programs, and other opportunities to drive revenue. (SEM/Paid channels are not part of this responsibility)
Partner with product marketing and sales to create compelling content for outbound programs that differentiates us in the marketplace
Ensure Twitter-class quality of all marketing materials that are produced, including web content, webinars, events, white papers, case studies, ads, graphics, and videos.
Manage and mentor an amazing team of demand generation professionals to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding strategy, performance, and results.
BA/BS degree with a business focus (preferably in economics, marketing). MBA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in a high growth business
5+ years of strong experience in creating and leading amazing teams that inspire people to meet and exceed stretch goals.
Track record of creating marketing programs that have had impact on a global scale.
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, and live events.
